About these terms
These terms apply to purchases made from luxalpaca.com, operated by Andes Nexus Inc. By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to present colours, measurements, materials and availability accurately. Displays vary, and minor differences in natural alpaca fibre are not defects. All orders are subject to acceptance and inventory confirmation.
Prices, taxes and payment
Prices are stated in Canadian dollars before applicable tax unless indicated otherwise. GST/HST and any applicable provincial taxes are calculated from the delivery address at checkout. Payment is securely processed by Stripe.
Order acceptance
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel and refund an order because of an inventory error, pricing error, suspected fraud, payment issue, delivery restriction or other reasonable operational concern.
Delivery and returns
Our Shipping Policy and Returns Policy form part of these terms. Risk of loss passes as permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Website use
Luxalpaca names, photographs, text and website content may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission. You must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access or use it for unlawful activity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply in another Canadian province or territory.
