Luxalpaca is operated by Andes Nexus Inc. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through luxalpaca.com and in connection with customer orders.
Information we collect
We may collect your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, order details, correspondence, and technical information such as IP address and browser data. Payment information is collected and processed securely by Stripe; Luxalpaca does not store complete payment-card details.
Why we use it
We use personal information to process payments, fulfill and deliver orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, meet tax and legal obligations, improve the website, and send marketing messages only where consent or another lawful basis permits.
Service providers and transfers
We disclose only the information reasonably necessary to service providers involved in payment processing, website hosting, order delivery, accounting, security and legal compliance. Some providers may process information outside your province or Canada, where it is subject to local laws.
Retention and safeguards
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.
