Where we deliver
Luxalpaca currently ships only to valid addresses within Canada. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Shipping charges
Standard shipping is complimentary when an order includes a coat. Accessory-only orders are charged a flat $13 CAD shipping fee. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
Delivery timing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is estimated at 3–9 business days after dispatch. Rural, remote and northern destinations may require additional time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier delays or severe weather.
Tracking and address accuracy
Tracking information will be sent to the email used at checkout when available. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed; an address cannot always be changed after dispatch.
Loss or damage
If a parcel arrives damaged or appears lost, contact us promptly with the order number and photographs when applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and determine the appropriate resolution.
