How should I care for alpaca?+

Air between wears and spot clean when possible. For coats, professional dry cleaning by a cleaner experienced with fine wool and alpaca is recommended.

Where do you ship?+

We ship across Canada. Every coat and every coat-inclusive order receives complimentary standard shipping. Accessory-only orders ship for a flat $13 CAD.

Are taxes included?+

All prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before tax. Applicable taxes are calculated from the Canadian delivery address at checkout.

How is payment protected?+

Payment is completed on Stripe’s secure checkout. Luxalpaca does not store your card details.
